Miss Ora 'Dannie' Elmore, 77, 1601 Elmore St. died about 1 a.m. Sunday in Culver Hospital, where she had been a patient two weeks. Miss Elmore was a member of Milligan Memorial Presbyterian Church and World War I Barracks Auxiliary. She was educated in Barren County Kentucky schools. She was born March 19 1885, in Barren County, a daughter of Hayden and Mary Jane Elmore. She never married. Surviving are two brothers, George B. Elmore of Glasgow, Ky., and Burn Elmore of Crawfordsville and a sister, Mrs. Alma E. Wray of Indianapolis. Miss Elmore reared Mrs. Marion Cooper, Mrs. Orville Conrad and James H. Elmore in her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev Phillip Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Tuesday. - jlr
